The Balangay is an iconic wooden watercraft used during the pre-colonial period. The boat is an incredible example of Filipino workmanship. The Balangay is made entirely out of wood and does not have any metal parts. This Balangay replica was created for the Balangay Voyage, a project envisioned to remind Filipinos of their rich history.
