Inubarang Manok

Aklan, a province located in the Western Visayas, is commonly known for its famous beach, Boracay. Aside from its white sand beach, travelers should also indulge themselves in the native dishes of Aklan, one of which is the Inubarang Manok--a delicious dish that is essentially made of chicken and ubad (banana pith). This video shows the entire process of how to cook an excellent Inubarang Manok.
